Partners with IngenioRx account management team as the primary points of contact for the health plan.

Provides expertise and guidance to the health plan regarding drug utilization, spend and trend for both traditional and specialty drugs and across all lines of business: Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid.

Provides ongoing clinical consultation to identify opportunities and develop clinical solutions to meet the health plan’s goals.

Manages the internal and external communications flow between the health plan’s clinical leadership and IngenioRx’s matrix teams.

Interfaces with health plan’s leadership to drive discussions, ensuring work stays on track, removing roadblocks as they arise

Requires a registered pharmacist; 2 years of managed care pharmacy experience including knowledge of current health care and managed care pharmacy practices; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Current state license to practice pharmacy as a RPH required.

Professional designation preferred.
