Remote Work AvailableResponsible for the development and ongoing
management of one or more Value Based Care programs that are multi- state,
multi-function and multi-year in scope.Primary duties may include, but are not limited
to:
Managesandcoordinatesthedevelopment,approval,implementation,andcomplianceofon-goingexternalfacingclient programs whichrequire managing activities & resources of multiple departments across alllines ofbusiness.
Managesexternal client facing relationships and partners with corporate and regionalbusinessareas.
Researches applicable subject matterpractices and remains aware of industrytrends.
Provides subject matter expertise inresponse to day to day external client facing businessissues.
Coordinates training related to externalclient facingprograms.
Managesprogram needs to support short and long termstrategy.
Ensures program meets its statedobjectives.
Developsprogram success measures and performs periodic assessments of thoseprograms.
RequiresaBA/BSdegree;5-7yearsofexperienceinexternalclientfacingprogrammanagement,projectmanagement;or any combination of education and experience, which would provide anequivalentbackground.
Graduate degreepreferred.
Experience with healthcare reimbursement models (i.e. Capitation)preferred.
Experience leading/directingprograms/projects across multiple business unitspreferred.
ExperiencewithValueBased Care alternativepayment modelspreferred.
