Primary duties, may include but are not limited to: Responsible for executing on clinical and other performance outcomes, product development, quality / accreditation requirements and favorable financial performance. Oversees multiple GBD BH UM and CM operations. Develops and manages strategies to optimize outcomes, provide service performance expectations, and ensure consistency. Monitors processes, policies and procedures to optimize work processes, maximize efficiencies and ensure compliance with corporate, state and regulatory requirements. Develops, implements, and manages strategic plans for operations and execution, resolves issues and provides guidance. Partners with several key departments within the organization (Provider Solutions, Enhanced Personal Health Care, Sales, Quality, Medical and Legal) to collaborate on key initiatives and execute on various Cost of Care pilots/ initiatives throughout the GBD enterprise. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.Requires:

MA/MS in social work, counseling, psychology or related behavioral health field

10 years of behavioral health, medical management and operations experience including 5 years management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background

Current unrestricted LMFT, LCSW, LPC, RN license required

P and L background preferred
