- Ensures that all potential failures created by internal processes are adequately controlled to ensure that the customer will not receive non-conforming product. Maintains quality standards to ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Develops documentation pertaining to inspection, including gaging sheets and key documentation.
- Determines and implements production control plans and sufficient method of inspection for identified failure modes.
- Facilitates all root cause analysis investigation ensuring that all necessary documentation is updated.
- Manages customer relationships reporting internal and external quality concerns.
- Manages the actions with regard to customer's quality incidents.
