Customer Service Representative

DescriptionLoan Servicing Company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a contract basis. The contract will begin in early October and last for 10-12 weeks.Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PMPay Range: $12.00-$13.00/hourDuties:Conduct 50-70 outbound phone calls each dayComplete various administrative tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, etc.Process customer payments in store or via phoneCollect and record customer informationCall customers with delinquent accounts and collect paymentsReview and approve loans for customersPerform various data entry functionsCompleting other duties as assignedUpsell branch services and productsOperate cash drawer and prepare bank depositsRequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDPrior experience in (finance-related) customer service rolesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, and WordAccountemps matches highly skilled professionals with accounting finance jobs at the best companies on a temporary and temporary-to-hire basis.
