Fulfills departmental responsibilities with the long-range plan, mission, vision and values of Horizon.What you will do in this role:Demonstrates the ability to perform specific competencies as listed on the Competency Validation Checklists. Meets mutually agreed upon performance goals/objectives as listed on the Performance Management Plan (PMP). What qualifications you will need:Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider Certification required within 90 days of hire or promotion.
