Project Managerfor our Product Team in

Job Summary:

As a member of the PHC Product Team, the Associate Project Manager collaborates with various stakeholders and subject matter experts (clinical, business, technical) to elicit, define, and document business requirements and operational workflows for new product development and product enhancements. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Product Development, the Associate Project Manager plays a critical role on the product team to ensure that deliverables meet business timelines in an organized fashion.

We are looking to add an Associate Project Manager to our team. The coordinator in this role will perform various administrative duties in support of the development/deployment of leadership programs, organizational design projects, and other business lines as required.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Perform administrative activities related to product development, including PowerPoint presentations, communications, etc.
  • Set up complex meetings (internal and external) and develop meeting agendas, minutes and supporting materials as required.
  • Maintain complex project deliverable matrices, update and communicate upcoming due dates; Coordinate and manage all project deliverables
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders by understanding needs and ensuring expectations are met.
  • Write specifications, document workflows, and solutions along with associated timelines in a project.
  • Present information in a written form that is clear and understandable to the intended audience
  • Work independently on deliverables while staying in close communication with project team members.
  • Strong time management, planning, communication, and organizational skills
  • Maintains excellent punctuality and attendance during work hours.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • People Skills: It is extremely important for the Associate Project Manager to possess great people skills and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Due to the role’s demand for constant interaction with other people, whether during presentations or during normal cross-functional collaborations, the Associate Project Manager must possess excellent skills in written and verbal communication.
  • Self-Motivated: Must be motivated and proactive, constantly taking initiative to learn skills and tools that will increase his/her efficiency in the performance of his/her duties.
  • Work Environment/Travel: Our environment requires flexibility (priorities, deadlines, hours); No travel expected with this position; Local candidates only

Required Skills and Experience:

  • An entrepreneurial spirit. Must be a tenacious self-starter.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a constantly changing workload.
  • Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Demonstrated experience in improving and operationalizing business processes across multiple departments.
  • Extremely customer service focused and professional
  • Ability to influence and drive key stakeholders toward appropriate decision-making and desired results.
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to problem solve telephonically.
  • Strong in Microsoft Office and similar products used to create deliverables.

Preferred:

  • Health care or consulting firm experience
  • Working toward Project Management Professional (PMP) or business analysis certification
  • CAPM Certification
  • Experience creating Use Cases, Business Cases, Workflows, and Corporate Communications
  • Local candidate
