DescriptionRobert Half client in Franklin, TN is searching for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join their growing team. This is a full time, direct hire position that includes:
Compensation between $85-$100k w/ 10% bonus
Strong track record of placements with this client with extremely low turnover
Great work/life balance of 45-50 hours a week only during close
Strong benefits package including 401k match, 2-3 weeks’ vacation, and onsite parking
The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will be responsible for:
Financial planning including operating plan/budgeting, SG&A budgets, and forecasting
Internal financial reporting including corporate financial packages, GAAP financial statements, IFRS reporting, SG&A workbooks, assisting with annual audits, and month end accounting
P&L analysis, cash reconciliations, and profitability forecast analysis and reporting
This position will not oversee a staff but will work very closely with many departments for various needs
Other duties as assigned

Requirements for consideration on the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager role:
BS degree in Accounting/Finance required and CPA strongly preferred
5+ years of experience in financial modeling
Advanced MS Excel skills required and JD Edwards software experience strongly preferred
Self-starter, team player and strong communication skills as they will work with BU leaders, CFO, and VP level internal employees
Ideal candidate will have a background in accounting
