Zycron, a brand of BG Staffing is partnered with a healthcare organization in Nashville, TN in search of a
Security Engineer with strong fundamental knowledge of security. This is a 3 month contract to permanent position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Development and implementation of strategic improvements to security controls
- Hardening standards for platform and technology configuration
- Assessments of technology implementations against published standards
- Identification and reporting of security vulnerabilities in associated technologies
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Common knowledge of typical IT platforms, operating systems, and configuration methods
- Common knowledge of Security threat tactics and prevention and detection techniques
- Common knowledge of system administration concepts
- QRadar SIEM or similar tool experience
- Sound knowledge of Data Loss Prevention programs
