Lead Architect - S/4 HANA OTC + ETO (Engineer to Order), CTO (Configure to Order), VC (Variant Configuration) expertise and data migration experience (nice to have)Strong OTC Atchitectwho has worked in a ETO/CTO/MTO context where Sales force is used for Opportunity to Quote is done, S/4 has Quote to Order. Projects/sales order costing, pricing etc.
- Pass on dependent requirements to downstream ERPs for fulfillment. They have a order orchestration process for this where they have the business rules – which plant can provide the supply etc.
- Strong in understanding this type of E2E business process.
- Have worked under this type of distributed env.
- Nice to have skills: understanding of Vistex or having worked in a project had Vistex integration.
- Then the regular OTC process - support delivery,/invoicing, order settlement, output determination.
- Exposure to EDI – They use EDI for order taking as well.
- Understanding of S/4 AATP /product allocation for customer orders
- Deep understanding of E2E process flow in MTO/CTO scenarios. If he knows AVC/VC well, that would be very good. But SE uses legacy VC tool. Anyways.
- Need not be a PS person. We can always mention that we will need the PS support from SE if needed. We don’t know how they are using Project systems.
