Housekeeping Public Manager

As a Housekeeping Public Manager you will lead the daily housekeeping operations in accordance with corporate and resort guidelines. This position is responsible for managing and motivating the housekeeping team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that all housekeeping services meet our quality and service standards.Communicate with guests and supervisors to address questions and provide clear direction Organize, conduct, and attend meetings to exchange relevant informationRespond promptly and courteously to guest requests and follow up to ensure guest satisfactionTrain and provide career development for housekeeping staffSupervise and motivate all housekeeping supervisors, including staffing, training, discipline, scheduling, and performance monitoring to ensure guest satisfactionAssign duties to supervisors, inspect work for accuracy, neatness, and compliance with policies and proceduresComplete assigned projects and maintain written progress recordsConduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employeesAdhere to company philosophies, policies, and procedures, effectively communicating them to subordinatesConduct training on safety, security, department procedures, and service guidelinesPerform other duties as assigned, including assisting with room cleaning when short-staffedTo excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
