Provides one-on-one general supervision and training of Marketing Coordinator (OPC) personnel assigned to the location and is active at all times in the recruitment of said personnel.DUTIESCurrently include the following, although other duties may be assigned or removed as needed.Conducts one-on-one training of OPCs; dailyProvides performance and evaluation feed-back to the Field Manager to ensure continued improvement of OPC staff; dailyIndirect supervision of OPCs at daily intervalsProvide input on the continued development of OPCs sales tools; irregular intervals.Provide input on the continued development of OPCs sales scripts; irregular intervalsActive recruitment of OPC; daily intervals while in the Field as well as being on the look-out for job fairs and other avenues from which recruits can be obtainedSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESIndirectly supervises OPC personnel by assisting the Field Manager in this area. Final management decisions are made by the Field Manager. The position provides integral information necessary for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation for OPC personnel. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; recommending the rewarding and disciplining of team members to the Field Manager; addressing complaints and promptly responding to and resolving problems with the Field Managers approval.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to discern problem areas in the pitches of OPC personnel and re-direct said personnel to a more successful approach in speaking with the public. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers or OPC personnel including being able to explain compensation calculations, gifting costs, etc. Ability to effectively present information to Field Manager, groups of trainees and potential recruits.
