Waterpark Supervisor

Responsible for the safe and efficient management of aquatic operations and programs, maintenance and upkeep of the swimming pool facility, and supervision of aquatics staff. Guests can feel safe and enjoy a worry-free adventure at our waterpark.As a Waterpark Supervisor, you will: Conduct classes, training and in service training for aquatics staffDevelop, implement, and monitor programming and schedules for waterpark operationDirect the implementation of department policies and procedures by conducting in-depth analysis, planning, and implementation of utilization data and other inputsDevelop detailed, realistic, and comprehensive plans that support organizational objectivesCommunicate effectively with both internal and external customers, using tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information, and resolve conflictPerform supervisory tasks of a team, including resolving conflict, coaching, and developing others, promoting teamwork, and performance managementPrepare, design, order, and distribute marketing material for WaterparkPerform other tasks as assigned by the Manager of Waterpark & ActivitiesTo excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
