SUMMARY

Responsible for providing quality customer service to all Specialty Marketing packages.DUTIES

Check-in Specialty Marketing packages.

Collect deposit and taxes.

Hook tours, book attraction/dinner reservations, sell attraction tickets, add extra nights, upgrade packages.

Qualify guests for presentation.

Courtesy call guests after check-in.

Provide customer service to all Specialty Marketing packages.

Work with confidential information

Order supplies for the department as needed

Mail out paperwork as needed.

Maintain various departmental reports.

Other duties may be assigned.

Assist with Check Ins as needed for All Guests checking into resort.

Provide Customer Service to guests staying on property and answer questions about area.

Direct guests to proper areas and assist with Tour Desk, Owner Referral and Inhouse Administration as needed.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members of organization.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.REASONING ABILITIES
