SUMMARY

  • Use of LIMS/BOSS System
  • Accounts payable & Accounts receiving for multiple locations

JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Email correspondence with customers
  • Sorting and distributing US Mail
  • E-filing customer correspondence & purchase orders
  • Creating invoices & issuance & follow up collections for
  • Ordering supplies for office thru iProcurent i.e paper office necessities
  • Ordering supplies for lab: i.e equipment& parts
  • Creating order in iProc for bill payment for location SOHO, Indiana Harbor, Deer Park, Baltimore
  • Follow thru iProc with bills to payment
  • Data Entry
  • Reporting
  • Sample registration

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Required : HS Diploma OR GED equivalent
  • Preferred: Accounting, accounts receivable& accounts payable experience
  • Required:Mathematical Skills
  • Required:Reasoning Skills/Abilities
  • Required:Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Preferred:Computer Knowledge
  • Preferred:Excel/Word/Pivot Table

EQUIPMENT

  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
  • List technical and specialized equipment or machines normally used in the course of the duties of this job. DO NOT include detailed description for common office equipment such as calculators, copiers, fax machines, etc.

WORK SCHEDULE:

  • Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Work requires willingness to work a PART-TIME flexible schedule 3 days a week
  • Longer hours, evenings and/or weekend work will be necessary frequently as jobduties demand
