Description:TEKsystems is seeking multiple skilled Commercial Low Voltage Installation Technicians to join our team in the Lebanon, Tennessee area. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing low voltage electrical systems in commercial settings, including security systems, audio and video systems, telecommunications equipment, and other low voltage devices.Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair low voltage electrical systems in commercial settings
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
Install and program security systems, audio and video systems, telecommunications equipment, and other low voltage devices
Troubleshoot and repair low voltage electrical systems, including identifying and correcting wiring and connectivity issues
Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes and regulations
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time
Maintain accurate records of work completed, including time and materials used
Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction with the work performed
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required, associate degree or technical certificate in a related field preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience installing and maintaining low voltage/electrical systems in commercial settings
Knowledge of local and national electrical codes and regulations
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Must have a strong work ethic
TEKsystems is willing to look at candidates with no low voltage experience but, have some sort of wiring experience
Ideally would like technicians to have some low voltage cabling experience
TEKsystems is looking for technicians who are comfortable with tough work, are eager, and have an interest in working in the industry for awhile as this project will be centrally located and offer work for the next 5-10 years
