Direct Finance leadership, business owners/users and ITS towards creative solutions to problems, through consultation.

Partner and collaborate with Business Owners, Engagement Managers, Business System Analysts, and Solution Architects to ensure all parties have a clear understanding of the business and functional requirements and that the technical solutions meet these requirements before design/development begins.

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all Finance Applications and remain informed of changes, in other applications, that have integration points or may impact supported areas.Communicate potential impacts and develop mitigation plans to minimize risk.

Lead continuous process improvement, by teaming with users to identify and eliminate any deficiencies with current processes using innovative solutions.

Support customers by developing creative solutions to production problems.This may include temporary short-term solutions to resolve an immediate crisis, as well as, longer term solutions where needed.

Create, maintain, execute, and document test scripts for any new development or configuration including integration testing, regression testing, and set up of environment for business user acceptance testing, for products supported.

Participate in the build of Global Regression Testing (GRT) strategy, build of manual and automated test plans, and PMO of GRT plan, in all cycles.

Manage relationships with Business Users and ITS Engagement and Product Owners.

Create documentation and instruct users on any new functionality.

Product Responsibilities

Collaborate with ITS channel and business leadership to develop a strategy for execution of product roadmaps.

Integrate the business strategy and knowledge of software across functions into vision and direction for products supported.

Ensure that application design supports the appropriate business processes and have the appropriate FAST support and processes in place.

Ensure there is relevant cross-training and back-up for all applications supported and provide back-up to other Product Managers when required.

Project Responsibilities

Lead all testing aspects of function supported for projects in partnership with ITS and Business.

Ensure all development and maintenance projects are in accordance with Business strategy, and adhere to product and Finance vision and product innovation roadmaps.

Provide insight, oversight, direction, and leadership to project teams (SWIFT, Monthly CR s, Upgrades, New MF Integration, etc.).

Partner with business, ITS and project team to design, develop, and support solutions.

Ensure FAST resources assigned to projects are meeting deadlines and focused on the right activities, as FAST members are integral resources on all projects and have many competing priorities.

Ensure the Products / Applications are functioning properly and recommend enhancements, as necessary.

Communicate project status and issues to management and stakeholders.

What you'll bring to the tableQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications. An advanced degree is also preferred.

7 or more years, relevant experience required.

Position will have significant work complexity and requires a strong grasp of intermediate accounting principles.

Experience working with business application owners and development teams to document and clarify business and user requirements and manage scope of defined features and functions for multiple projects and across functions.

Business and/or technical experience in SAP application, required.

Extensive experience with full life-cycle testing methodologies (test cases/scripts, execution and documenting results), required.

Expertise utilizing Tosca, HPQC and other testing tools/applications, required.

Ability to direct communications to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Must have strong analytical abilities, negotiation/presentation skills, and organizational/planning abilities.

Creative - able to think outside the box; uses knowledge gained through prior experience, education, and training to resolve issues and remove project barriers.

Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers, yet represent accurately the perspective of Finance.

Must be a team player, detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Collaboration and decision making skills.

Ability to work productively with all levels in a large organization.

Training and experience with process improvements projects such as Lean Six Sigma, preferred.

Ability to travel minimally required, up to 10%.
