This role is more back-end/office support than providing technical troubleshooting support. They will be responsible for all aspects of device intake and processing. In addition they will help teams with hardware deployments, including equipment configuration, imaging and quality assurance. Process mobile device returns for active employees received via UPS shipmento Check in mobile devices using the Device Compliance Dashboardo Confirm and/or update devices received to factory reset and accounts removedo Determine the mobile devices condition to be redeployed or recycledo Provide deployable mobile device inventoryo Process shipments to recycle vendoro Weekly mobile device reconciliation scan Assist in deploying laptops throughout the organization; configure settings on Windows and Apple laptops. Performs quality assurance and compliance checks on all devices and equipment prior to deployment. Assist with the preparation of disposition of assets from other regions, to include shipping boxes to customers. Must communicate with Local Asset Coordinators, TSS Site Managers, Regional Asset Managers and national teams.

When receiving/shipping of mobile devices/laptops is slower, the individual will be able to work with our Tech. Support Team on other support tickets. Contractor will typically work 40 hour weeks; need flexibility to work possible overtime/weekend once or twice during the year, if needed. Be able to lift and push heavy carts#IND-Rachel1
