This assistant will help management monitor our temporary employeesÂ
JOB DUTIES
-Ensure temps follow all company rules and regulationsÂ
-Manage daily operations such as attendance, clock in times & clock out times of all employeesÂ
-Make sure all of our employees have the correct weekly hoursÂ
-Ensure temps are staying on task and assist them where they fall short
-Report to supervisor on activity of daily performance of temps
-Council temps to perform duties with a good attitude and stay positive while getting the job doneÂ
-Must be willing to work long hours when neededÂ
