We are seeking passionate and energetic individuals, committed to providing outstanding customer service, to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced business with plans to expand throughout the region. This position will primarily travel to customer locations and complete repairs at the customers site using your own vehicle. The repairs will be scheduled Monday through Friday from 7am - 9pm. Possible work available on weekend depending on volume.
You will provide customers with cracked screen repair for a range of cell phones - from the comfort of their own home or office Some evening work may be required.
What we look for:
Previous Cell Phone Cracked Screen Repair experience
Friendly, outgoing personality
Proven ability to maintain professionalism
A commitment to customer service
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, driving license check and drug screen
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Safely travel to customer sites and arrive within the scheduled appointment window
Inform customers of job status (En route, Arrived, etc.)
Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices
Provide recommendations for problem resolution
Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers
Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed quality standards
Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment
Answer phone calls with a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor
Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations
Keep track of all devices and inventory
Utilize the point of sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and a real-time status of each repair
Willingness to travel to customers
Must own your vehicle and have a current valid drivers license
