Job Requirements: Candidate needs to be honest, self motivated, respectful, hardworking and dedicated. Will need to be able to oversee crews on multiple jobs, have good time management skills, not afraid to get their hands dirty, great customer service, good organizational skills, basic grasp of computer skills and the ability to handle emergency situations including, but not limited to, daily changes in a schedule to meet the needs of our clients. Ideal candidate would have the ability to lead a team in accomplishing what is needed to get the job done. Candidate doesn't see a problem, they just see a job that isn't done yet.
