Job DescriptionKelly Services is seeking Warehouse/Production workers at Iconex in Jefferson City for several temp-to-hire opportunities. We have opportunities for entry level and experienced talent.Contingents will be forming boxes, printing shipping labels, pack finished material into boxes, and seals entire unit when finished to be sent to shipping and receiving.Employees must be able to:Lift up to 50 lbsWork in a Team EnvironmentAttention to DetailAble to follow instructions as provided by the customerExperience in Manufacturing a PLUS, but is not required.Requirements
Pay depends on experience and can range from $9.00-$14.00 an hour.
High School diploma or equivalent to be eligible
Ability to work at a fast pace
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively as needed each day
Must provide at least 2 professional references and verifiable work history
Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not mandatory as we are willing to provide on the job training for those interested.
Ability to stand for 8-10 hours on concrete floor
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to read and understand work orders and ask questions
Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and all levels of management
Ability to work as a team with others to meet business requirements
Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance
