For more information, visit www.eastman.com.Provides direct management, guidance and workload balancing to assigned Talent Acquisition Partners and Recruiters to ensure appropriate recruitment processes are being adhered to in a consistent manner, while providing feedback on an ongoing basis. Develops, enhances and maintains partnerships with HR, business leaders and management personnel. Provides sound advice on proactive recruiting strategies that support the business objectives and attract highly qualified candidates. Collaborates with business leaders to design, implement, utilize and track and report progress of shared accountability in the hiring process. Conducts in-depth behavioral based screening of perspective applicants. Trains recruitment team and interview panel members on effective interviewing and assessment methodologies. Acts as sourcing strategy mentor/lead to Talent Acquisition Partners and Recruiters. Responsible for the recruitment of high visibility recruitments.

Provide strategic and operational leadership for recruiting team and act as a strong role model, motivating for growth while driving a high level of performance.

Coach and develop the talent acquisition team to ensure it has the right skills, resources and tools to meet its objectives

Champion consistency and a strong client and customer service orientation to ensure value-add client support

Receive, manage, and satisfactorily resolve escalations and apply lessons learned across organization

Develop and implement innovative candidate sourcing strategies that include networking on and offline, identifying viable passive candidates, leveraging colleague referrals, attracting a diverse range of candidates, participating in recruiting events, and utilizing social media tools and resources

Establish and promote team as a credible, trustworthy, and capable resource within the organization

Responsible for the recruitment key leadership talent

Developing excellent trusted-advisor relationships at all levels of the organization and serves as the subject matter expert for the Talent Acquisition function

Build systems of accountability and ownership for talent acquisition

Drive innovation in talent attraction

Ensure Talent Acquisition Consistency and Excellence

Capabilities:

Ability to translate business requirements into strategic talent acquisition actions with positive, measurable business impact

Ability to quickly gain an understanding of the business needs and strategy and articulate the needs of a position

Demonstrated competence in thinking strategically, analytically, conceptually and innovatively

Willing to be hands-on throughout daily activities

A flexible approach and ability to operate in a fast-moving and demanding environment

High levels of personal energy and positivity

Working knowledge of ATS systems

Requirements:

BA/BS required

7+ years relevant experience in recruitment
