Our client, an innovator of financial software solutions, is looking to hire a Salesforce System Architect.
Key Responsibilities. Create and implement the design, integrations, and overall architecture of our Salesforce instance using best practices and standard functionality wherever possible Represent our systems on the Sales, Marketing, and Customer leadership teams - using your experience to surface both standard and creative solutions to address required business needs Partner with users, stakeholders and business and technical leaders to understand needs and create an ongoing Salesforce platform and related applications vision that meets operational requirements and aligns with goals identify gaps and recommended priorities to resolve them with platform, features and staff required to implement Champion vision for integrated client and company data to support visibility and recommend improvements to data structure and data quality, and establish and maintain data governance and Salesforce best practices Oversee all administrative functions including user account maintenance, process builders, workflows, security, and other routine tasks Own the SFDC and associated applications enhancement roadmap including security compliance, SFDC updates, environments and application updates. Onboard newly acquired companies into Salesforce instance, including gathering requirements, change management, and implementation. . Support the continuous development of Salesforce to ensure it remains aligned to the evolving needs of the business. . Ensure all change is managed according to governance, change control processes and best practice Champion continuous development, workflow automation, and integration of new features through well-defined processes and regression testing.Requirements and Skills Must have "hands on keyboard /code in conjunction with setting the direction Must be able to execute code as well as set strategy 10+ years of Salesforce administration experience, working in multiple Salesforce instances. Experience with replacing legacy IT systems with Salesforce, including working with 3rd party supplier and contractor relationships Experience leading teams including cross-functional stakeholders through migrations into a complex Salesforce instance In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, and CPQ in the Lightning environment Knowledge of tools capabilities utilizing custom code (Apex, s-controls) and/or integration with other systems Experience with iPaaS solutions (Tibco, Jitterbit, Informatica, etc.) Salesforce System Architect Certification required, Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist, Application Architect Certifications preferred Experience working in an Agile Sprint Project environment preferred Expertise in delivering key initiatives such as technology migrations, Salesforce system integrations, business application deployments, and business process automation Strong reporting background using Salesforce reporting tools and other BI tools Capability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment and high growth company Strong organizational skills - managing small projects or multiple tasksWho is Calance?Calance is a global IT company with operations in the United States, Canada and India.
