Together, we reimagine good mornings and endless summers, beauty and bonding, confidence and determination.Want to work our full-time schedule of 15 days per month?Want every other weekend off – make that a three-day weekend off!Enjoy a great work culture with competitive pay, benefits, and vacation?We would love for you to join our team!Purpose of PositionSet up, adjust and operate all pre-grind blade making machinery and peripheral equipment to obtain product of acceptable quality.Essential Duties, Responsibilities and ProceduresSet up, adjust and operate machinery and equipment to obtain product of acceptable quality.As required, perform preventive maintenancePerform and record Quality checks.As required, relieve operators.Perform other duties as required.Required Skills and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalentMust be able to work overtime as requestedMust have at least six (6) months of manufacturing experienceMust be mechanically inclined.Must be able to correctly read and interpret instruments and gages.Must be able to calculate basic math.Hands-on experience in general mechanics.Past experience with various hand tools and gages.Good Interpersonal SkillsStrong Communication Skills, both Verbal and Written.Demonstrates quality awareness and attention to details.Demonstrates problem solving and troubleshooting skills.Preferred Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience in Stamping, Perforating or Heat-Treating a plus.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
