The purpose of this job is act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for EMV Conversions and Omni Enablement.EMV ConversionsThis includes but is not limited to:Logon into each store/pump and verify what is needed for EMV Conversion.Verify services such as Point-To-Point Encryption (P2PE), Contactless, Media, and others are functioningEnable and troubleshoot EMV as neededVerify EMV conversions for New Store Openings (NSO’s) and Pump Upgrades Monitor EMV Fallback Report and Troubleshoot systems not functioningWork with Technology teams to escalate issues as neededOmni EnablementThis includes but is not limited to:Enable Omni Media when sites are readyEnable and troubleshoot Omni as neededWork with Technology Teams to address any issues as neededWork with 3rd party teams for enablement and enablement issues
