This client is a staple of the community and is a global leader in their industry.This is a direct-hire position. The client offers a competitive benefits package, 401k with employer match, paid time off, and paid holidays.Responsibilities:- Weekly payroll processing- Tracks time & attendance- Recruits, interviews, tests and selects employees to fill vacant production positions- Plans and conducts new employee orientation- Prepares and maintains records of benefit plan participation, personnel transactions and HRIS statistics for required statutory reporting- Responds to employee inquiries regarding policies, protocols, and programs- Helps administer benefit and employee engagement programs and communicate details of such programs to the employee population- Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, conducts exit interviews, and processes timely termination from all systemsWorking hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:- Enjoys working with a diverse employee population- Excellent and professional written and verbal communication- Maintains focus in an active work environment- Efficient at problem-solving and process correctionEducation:AssociateExperience:ExperiencedQualifications:- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university and two years of HR generalist experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.- Experience with ADP payroll preferred.- Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.If this opportunity sounds like a great fit for you, apply today and someone from the Randstad team will reach out to you soon!Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
