Seeking dependable, skilled laborer with strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or with a team. As a skilled laborer you will play a crucial role in supporting various projects and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Must be proficient with operation of a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively. Able to complete a range range of repairs and installations, with skills in carpentry, painting, masonry, basic electrical and plumbing, drywall. Flexible and able to troubleshoot problems that may arise when working on a project. Able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Good communication and willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. Strong commitment to quality work. Maintain organized work environment, adhere to safety protocols and regulations, report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisor promptly. Assist in setup and cleanup of job site. Reliable transportation required. Willing to do some travel, mostly East TN area.
