We need a cleaning crew of 2 people for making ready cleans. (House cleaning, not demolition) Must have experience, reliable transportation, and provide own cleaning tools, such as but not limited to, mopping supplies, vacuum, rags, sponges, and any other necessary supplies for completing the cleaning. Needs to have attention to detail. We take before and after pictures at each home. (Must have a smart phone for app) This work includes reporting any damages or issues that need to be addressed. Good communication is a plus. These homes need to be as clean and inviting as possible. All of the properties are vacant. (We pay per house, meaning per piece, we work on volume)
