Machine Operator Responsibilities:
Positions include: Spray Booth Operator, Press Operator, Extruder Mill Operator, Bias Cutter, Tread Bookers, and Belt Loaders
Determine what is needed for the shift; set up and operate machinery
Print and affix bar-code label to rack; transport to next location
Label catalog number, initial tag, date and time on the tire racks
Move sprayed tire racks to bar-code label staging area
Check product for defects
Machine Operator Qualifications:
Ability to exert 50 pounds of force regularly and 70+ pounds of force occasionally
Ability to lift/ carry up to 75 pounds, including bulky items
Ability to work in a hot and dirty environment
Ability to push/ pull 700 pounds using a hoist
Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
