Job Summary Aerotek is looking to hire a Refrigeration Technician in Morristown, TN. The pay range for this position is $22 - $24 per hour. This position is a direct placement position and will start immediately. The ideal candidate must have Operator 1 & 2 Ammonia tech. Must be proficient in the following areas:Understanding the operations of commercial and residential refrigeration systemsDiagnosing malfunctions and defects in equipmentReading blueprints and electrical and electronic schematicsSpecific technical training in (1) the theory of ammonia refrigeration and nitrogen freezing systems and (2) the mechanical and electrical maintenance of industrial-sized refrigeration systems; microprocessors; 110, 120, 220, and 480 Volt 3-phase AC electricity; pipe cutting, threading, fitting; conduit installation; wiring; pneumatics; hydraulics.Operating tools, gauges and other testing equipment for refrigeration systems Shift: 1st Shift Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities described above are subject to management discretion and may be changed at any time based upon corporate need or reasonable accommodation.
