Job Title: Shipping Associate
Location: West Knoxville, TN
Position Type: Full-Time
Shifts Available:
First Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Second Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Both shifts include a 30-minute lunch break and two paid 15-minute breaks.
Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $19.00 (based on skills, training, and performance during the onboarding period)

Job Description:
No prior experience is necessary as long as you have basic computer skills. Comprehensive on-the-job training is provided to help you succeed in this role.
Responsibilities:
Audit outgoing orders to ensure items being shipped match the invoice.
Prepare packages using our packing machine.
Print shipping labels through QuickBooks and upload relevant information.
Ensure packages are ready for pickup by our shipping partners.
Coordinate freight shipments and ensure timely scheduling.
Work closely with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines.
Requirements:
Basic computer skills (prior experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not required).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Dependable and punctual with the ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
