Job Description
Weiser Security Services has openings for a Security Officers.
We will be providing access control to a university setting located in Knoxville, TN. Security Officer experience is preferred but not required.
The selected candidates will be provided Security Officer training and licensing with the State of Tennessee.
Essential Functions:
· Protect the interests of the client within the limits of the facility and to protect the lives and property of employees and visitors.
· Prepare reports on a daily basis as trained and turn them into the proper contacts.
· Must stay on post until properly relieved.
· Making patrols as required by post orders.
· Notify proper authorities in all cases of emergencies as outlined in the post orders.
· Report all violations of company policy and local and federal laws as stated in the Employee Handbook.
· Other tasks assigned.
Requirements:
Must be willing to work any day and any shift
Must have some computer experience
Must have valid driver's license and is required for this position
Must have reliable means of transportation
Must be able to pass Criminal Background Check
Must be able to pass Drug Screening
Must be at least 21 years old
Must have High School Diploma or GED
Starting Pay $10.50 (Hourly)
