Well-established heating and air conditioning mechanical company, is seeking qualified commercial lead installer with a proven track record. Job Duties:
Complete ductwork installation/repairs
Identify and solve problems that might impede the completion of work within budgeted time
Use cost effective processes to minimize costs to the customer and company
Operate company vehicles and handle company property¨
Document equipment installed and overview with customer when tasks are completed
Think analytically when confronted with problems
Perform other duties/tasks as required
Skills/Qualifications:
Must have a positive attitude and motivation to get things done
Experience in commercial change outs and new construction rough-ins and set outs, at least 3 years' experience preferred
Have a good understanding of heating and cooling systems as well as a general working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
Must be well groomed and have a neat appearance
Ability to quickly troubleshoot problems
Friendly personable, responds to customer concerns, and enjoys making our customers smile
Valid social security card, driver's license and a clean driving record
Desire to perform beyond the mandatory job requirements
Ability to follow proper safety techniques
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and push, pull, or carry heavy objects
Ability to maneuver heavier objects with assistance from appropriate devices or additional manpower
