This is the day to day pre-release testingdone on mixed compounds and calendar material to confirm the physical properties of the compounds and calendar materials withintolerance.Monitor TestingAny test that is used to monitor key physical properties of a compound.These tests are done on a periodic basis to provide "snapshots" fo compound physical properties that areused for trend plotting and als for bench marking.In Process Monitoring TestAny test that is used to monitor key physical properties of a compound. Stain Cabinet, Brabender Elaster, D2020Rheometer MDR 2000, Ash Furnace, Instron, Mooney Viscosity, Open Cup Flash Point. Gas Bunsen Burners, Auto Burets, Thermometers.Curing press, Lab Mill, Lab Punch Press, Brookfield Viscosity Machine, Soft Point Machine, Satorious moisture Machine, Analytical Balance.Computers, various computer programs, spreadsheets, and bar code scan gun. Motorized cart, 3 wheeled tricycle, knife and scissors.SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:Must follow existing safety rules. Use proper lifting and cutting techniques.Comply with all safety policies. Safety glasses and safety shoes are required.Certification using Lab Mill.
