Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Sales Reporting Specialist to contribute to our Digital Services team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville.

In this role, you will provide essential analytical support to the team that manages digital sales. By managing the sales reporting process, you will help to inform business strategies and contribute to the growth of Ingram’s digital sales. With this position, you will be fully immersed in data collection, drawing insights from analysis, and presenting large amounts of data in a clear and concise format.

Our digital sales team is highly motivated to support independent publishers in their digital growth. You will help us build our digital business through better reporting, and by providing data-driven recommendations. Beyond daily sales reporting, you will work with various internal departments to deliver a comprehensive business picture of Ingram’s digital sales.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or directly related year for year experience 2 years publishing or retail experience

Preferred Skills: High level proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, V lookups) Experience with Qlik or SQL is a plus Experience with MS Office Suite Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills

Key Responsibilities: Participates in the monthly sales reporting process to ensure retail sales reporting is timely, accurate, and complete. Ensures publisher sales are processed in full. Collaborates with Finance, IT, Operations to problem-solve system roadblocks and suggest improvements. Considered subject matter expert for Coresource Plus digital sales reporting. Maintains account relationships with retailers, offering guidance, training, and tools as it relates to sales reporting. Compiles and converts raw data into meaningful and useful reports to reveal sales and operational performance insights and to enable effective strategic and tactical decision making. Provides (daily, weekly, and monthly) and ad-hoc reporting to be used by Coresource Plus digital sales team, retailers, publishers, and management. Maintains and produces new data sets shared with internal departments to improve accuracy and efficiencies. Performs audits on retailer reporting and internal systems to ensure a high level of accuracy.
