Certifications :
X Basic Life Support (BLS)
Note : employee has 30 days to obtain certification from hire or transfer date
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
X Verifiable documentation of completed phlebotomy training course preferred. Minimum EducationX High School Diploma preferred
