DescriptionRobert Half is working with a growing real estate & construction organization and is recruiting for a Business Office Manager. This Business Office Manager will have roles of a Office Manager and Full Charge Bookkeeper. The Business Office Manager's responsibilities include: billing and collecting client payments; vendor and subcontractor invoicing; reviewing and processing invoices and other accounts payable duties; expense reconciliations; communicating heavily with clients, vendors, and sub-contractors; as well as office management duties. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience within QuickBooks and 4+ years of experience in full charge bookkeeping & office management. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must

BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business-related field preferred

Proven analytical skills with ability to implement solutions and vendor management experience with good organizational skills

Experience working in a dynamic and changing company environment a plus

3+ years of related experience - Previous accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred

Self-driven motivator who takes initiative on projects with a strong ability to understand and solve creative challenges

Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well

Be detailed, flexible, and organized

Comprehensive knowledge of QuickBooks

Accounts Payable (AP) experience

Microsoft Excel experience

Bookkeeping experience preferred

Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
