PMO Financial Data Analyst

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Project Management office as a contractor working with project managers, internal technology managers, business partners, Supplier management and other shared services departments. Previous experience in a financial analyst role with similar deliverables on enterprise wide projects including analysis and reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to work effectively under pressure Ability to handle multiple, complex tasks at the same time and effectively self-manage priorities. Strong software skills Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Confluence, Smart sheets, PPM tools - Ensure the necessary project and financial reviews occur throughout the life cycle - Interface with Project Manager on project cost, budget, and resource management and tracking - Performing research and cost/benefit analysis of varying options - Ensure ITS core strategic goals are being met. • - 6+ years of experience in accounting, technology finance or related industry • - Familiar with IT financial management (ITFM) principles. • - Strong software skills Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Confluence, Smart sheets. • - Experience with Oracle Project Financials, Experience with Apptio is a plus • - Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills • - Experience in a PMO with, portfolio management, business analysis or financial operations • - High proficiency in financial modelling, planning, and techniques Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions • - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance required or equivalent work experience. • - Good business acumen with Strong quantitative and analytical competency • - Ability to document, streamline functions and passion to learn and grow • - Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently Sincerely Yours,Arun Arun Kumar,Capricorn Systems, Inc.Lead Talent Acquisition SpecialistPhone: Xtn. 3216Fax:
