Insurance Agency Seeking Experienced Client Service Specialist for Part Time Position with advancements to Full Time

Summary/Objective:

The specialist will be responsible for providing effective customer service for internal and external clients both in person and over the phone, with an opportunity for later advancement. (All new hires are subject to a 30 day probationary period)

Essential Functions:

1. Provide professional customer service to all callers and walk-in clients

2. Efficiently manage multiple phone lines

3. Process customer payments and requests according to established company policies and procedures

4. Contact customers daily by phone regarding payments and other misc. policy matters

5. Mail letters, email, and text information to clients and companies as directed

6. Work closely with in-office agents to provide timely and accurate information to all callers and clients

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by all employees to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. All employees are regularly required to talk and hear, sit for extended periods of time, stand, walk, and use hands to type and/or handle misc. office items. There is no heavy lifting required.

Expected Hours of Work: Monday - Friday from 8am to 5:30pm, with the exception of designated holidays and approved time off
