- Ideal candidate has successfully implemented a change enablement/change management plan to integrate new (or update legacy) technology.
- This individual will be responsible for planning and executing a change strategy that includes pre-implementation activities, developing appropriate training, and post-implementation.
- The analyst should be able to identify potential roadblocks during pre-implementation activities, remediate through proper training and change activities, and re-enforce best practices during post-implementation.
- Create an end-to-end plan to integrate new technology coordinating between business stakeholders and IT partners
- Analyze (or re-engineer) business and technology processes clearly and comprehensively
- Define and evaluate change effectiveness against measurable objectives through all phases of the project
- Create effective communications targeted to various audience sizes and technical backgrounds. sample required
- Create training for multiple methods of delivery for digital, in-person, or virtual learning – sample required
- Demonstrate experience with one or more digital/e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Camtasia, etc.) – sample required
