DescriptionIf you're looking for an excellent career opportunity, OfficeTeam is looking for a highly motivated, self-starting General Office Clerk. If you feel comfortable performing various administrative support tasks, including operating office equipment and completing general clerical work, this General Office Clerk position might be right for you. This role is in the medical field, and has full time hours Tuesday - Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm for $14/hr. This schedule and pay rate is non-negotiable. Entering data and performing data entry - required to type quickly and accurately to be successful in this role!
Interface with customers in a friendly manner
Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls
Delivering customer service quickly and accurately
Offer help with front desk and receptionist duties
As required, offer support on diverse employee projects
Emphasize proper formatting and style when drafting correspondence
Exercise proper data entry, word processing, filing, scanning, copying, and faxing
Requirements
MUST be comfortable with data entry - typing skills must be accurate with speed.
Sound written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel
1 Year of Office Clerk experience at minimum suggested
Experience handling office equipment
High school diploma or its equivalent is required
Medical Front Office experience preferred
Data entry experience desired
Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
