- Display expert knowledge utilizing ESRI desktop software including ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro to perform spatial analysis and support the web-based GIS applications
- Develop web-based applications and solutions utilizing ArcGIS Online/Portal technologies and modules (Web App Builder, Collector, Survey 123, Operations Dashboard, Story Maps) to support and develop web-based and mobile GIS applications
- Gather and document business requirements and technical requirements, assess workflows, and train personnel in the use of GIS technology solutions
- Troubleshoot issues with end users pertaining to GIS applications
- Acquisition, capturing, and conversion of GIS data supporting a wide range of GIS data usage
- Perform complex GIS analysis with a variety of data formats including feature classes, shapefiles, CAD, and third-party data sources (Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, etc), and imagery
- Work as part of the GIS team to develop distributed products via web-based and mobile technology
- Present/Demo applications to teammates, upper management, and clients in a concise and clear manner
- Automate GIS workflows utilizing ModelBuilder or python needed to support web-based applications
- Write detailed technical SOP documents that explain the reasoning for developmental decisions
- Attend weekly meetings to provide status updates on projects and research findings
- 3 - 5 years of professional working experience in GIS techniques and methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and one additional year of related experience (GIS, Geography, Engineering, Computer Science, Planning)
- Expertise in ESRI software including ESRI Desktop Suite, and ArcGIS Pro
- Experience with ArcGIS Server management tools
- Demonstrated working Experience with ArcGIS Online suite of tools
- Demonstrated working experience in the development and deployment of applications within the ESRI platform
- Working Experience in writing and utilizing Python Scripting language and ModelBuilder
- Experience or knowledge of integrating ESRI software with other systems such as CRM software or Asset Management Systems
- Windows operating systems environment experience.
- Proficiency in PowerBI
- Fundamental GeoJSON and JavaScript
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Proficiency in GeoEvent Server
