Please note that this is a 6 months contract position. Qualifications:Minimum 2 years experience. Minimum Associates Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred.Responsibilities:• Provide support with troubleshooting, configuring and deploying IT assets at Warehouse including (but not limited to) – RF Guns, Printers, Laptops, desktops, network probes etc. • Be part of dynamic organization providing life-saving diagnostics services. • Prior knowledge of working in Warehouse-type operations preferred/desirable. • Performing analysis of root causes. • Developing checklists for reoccurring problems. • Developing recommendations for procedures to prevent problems. • Evaluating and resolving complex problems that arise. • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues. • Performing user administrative tasks.Applicants must provide their phone number.
