Oracle PBCS (Financial Systems Advisor) Contract to Hire Memphis, TN (Post COVID) Job Description Financial Systems Advisor (Oracle, EPM: Enterprise Performance Management & OAC: Oracle Analytics Cloud Experience Required) Responsibilities:

  • Weekly/monthly data processing, integration and troubleshooting including high-demand periods such as month end close.
  • Maintain dimension metadata for Essbase & Planning.
  • Develop and/or maintain BSO and ASO Essbase cubes.
  • Develop, maintain and/or troubleshoot Planning business rules, forms, calc scripts as needed.
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence and financial reporting objects.
  • Automate Essbase processes using MAXL and Linux shell scripting.
  • Automate financial reporting distribution using batch scheduler command line utilities.
  • Maintain Informatica ETL workflows.
  • Maintain shared services groups and user security.
  • Manage application and object migration across dev, test and production environments using LCM.
  • Provide end user support and training for OAC, Essbase, Planning, Narrative Reporting and Smart View.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, IT/MIS or related field required.
  • 5 years of financial planning & analysis systems background with Oracle cloud experience (OAC and EPM) required (Essbase, Planning, and Narrative Reporting).
  • Experience with Informatica ETL tools (3+ years), Oracle SQL relational database environments, Oracle Profitability & Cost Management, Oracle Business Intelligence & Oracle Data Visualization experience preferred.
  • Must have a good understanding of accounting, financial analysis and reporting.
  • Thorough knowledge of end user tools to include Microsoft Excel and Oracle Smart View.
  • Should have a working knowledge of automated job scheduling, the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, adapt to change, work within tight timeframes and multitask.
