Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Paralegal in Memphis, Tennessee. As a Paralegal, you will be instrumental in providing support in Federal Court litigation, specifically focusing on document review and organization, deposition summary, and document preparation. You will be working in a dynamic environment where your expertise in Employment Law and Commercial Litigation will be highly appreciated.Responsibilities: Provide support for depositions, hearings, and trials by preparing and organizing necessary documents. Conduct a thorough review of documents related to the case. Summarize depositions to ensure all relevant information is easily accessible and understood. Utilize case management software to manage and track case progress. Apply your knowledge and experience in Employment Law and Commercial Law in handling cases. Communicate effectively with the team and clients to ensure smooth operation. Oversee claim administration to maintain accuracy and efficiency. Manage calendars to ensure all deadlines and appointments are met. Execute billing functions accurately and promptly. Utilize software tools such as Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, and CompuLaw to streamline work processes.
