Job Description:The client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst on our Event Experiences team focused on providing solutions that empower our staff and volunteers to manage and support fundraising events. This person will work with developers, systems analysts, product owners, solution architects, and stakeholders to implement new products, as well as utilize data and user feedback to suggest improvements. There are a variety of responsibilities tied to this role, such as: Market Research - In this role, individuals will utilize data analysis software to research market trends. They create reports about the performance of a given product, and suggest possible improvements, which are done by reading reports and reviews. Interviewing Before delivering a solution into production, or to determine what upgrades can help increase adoption of an already-developed offering, Business Analysts interview existing business partners and/or potential stakeholders to get their feedback. This can be done via conducting focus groups, individual interviews and usability tests as well as anonymous surveys. Inter-departmental Collaboration - In this role, individuals must liaise with numerous parties from different departments. Product Analytics - Individuals will be expected to provide lifelong product analysis. This responsibility encompasses studying the competition to see what is already on the market, and what upgrades can be introduced to create a better or more useful offering. Once a solution is ready to be deployed into production, these professionals monitor its performance across different markets, and prepare detailed reports. A Business Analyst's job typically doesn't end with the deployment of the solution; instead, they monitor its performance in production.
