COOK SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL has an IMMEDIATE need for a Senior iOS Developer in Memphis, TN The client is looking for an iOS Developer that will join our team of Front-end and Full Stack developers. This position will develop, maintain and enhance the mobile experience for our customers. Collaborates with Web Developers, designers, development team in translating user requirements into software. Responsibilities: Designs the overall iOS Application and architecture of the app Pair programming, Test Driven Development (TDD) and code reviews Engages in coding to help the team to develop the solution and solve all surfacing problems at hand. Identifies and removes technical impediments Works with Product Owner to align to the roadmap with strengths and opportunities with the technical stack Constantly looks for improvement in solving technical problems and designing the solutions, not afraid to discuss with passion resolutions Contributes to the team a roadmap for implementing agile software engineering practices for higher code quality Hands on experience with up to 90% of your time coding Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline or graduate from a top bootcamp program 4+ years of native iOS mobile application development Required Technical Experience: Xcode platform, Objective-C, Swift, UIKit, CocoaTouch Nice to have Technical Experience: Core Data, Functional Programming, React, Redux, JavaScript, Webpack, ES6, Node.js, RESTFUL API's, Github or CSS Unit testing of iOS applications Demonstrable experience in calling restful APIs to sync phone data with a server Creating a continuous integration environment A strong passion for iOS Development and keeping up to date on new platform developments Both mobile app development, and server-side programming in JavaScript or Ruby on Rails Must be a creative thinker and can recognize and solve problems by thinking outside the box Understanding of repeatable automated processes for building the application, testing it, documenting it, and deploying it at scale.
