RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Support in Memphis, TN,
Responsibilities of the Technical Support: Technical Support will be responsible for deploying the release of new technologies as well as the design, installation, configuration, maintenance and system integration testing performance of PC/server operating systems, related utilities and hardware Installs, maintains and upgrades internal computer hardware and software systems used for designing and developing company products Controls user access and passwords Technical Support proposes and implements systems enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system Monitors usage and performance Trains personnel on system usage Troubleshoots server, software and hardware issues Technical Support assists with recommending, scheduling and implementing system hardware and/or software upgrades or repairs Researches, evaluates and recommends software and hardware products Reimaging PCJob Specifics: Shift will be 7am to 4pm or 8am - 5pm. Schedule will be set a few weeks after start date (based on client needs) Interview process will be 1 step video or phone call Dress code is business casual; Due to supporting a client onsite, contractor must have good customer service skills and communication skillsREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experienceKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
