Hello!
Were looking for an Assistant Baker to help run our bakery/cafe at Hustle & Dough, opening in September.
Located in the South Main Arts District, Hustle & Dough / Bar Hustle, an all-day bakery and cocktail bar. Bakery is focused on whole grain sourdough baking, milling on site, and hand crafted pastries. Local favorite, Vice & Virtue, will be opening their first retail coffee bar here as well, so your caffeine fix is covered.
You will fit right in if you:

We cant really do the project justice in this post, but here are some details:
Opening in September on South Main and Butler, we are building an incredible bakery and partnering with an awesome local coffee roaster upstairs in the lobby of ARRIVE Memphis (a 62-room boutique hotel).
If you're worried that this is a boring hotel project, dont. That being said, if you're looking for a cushy hotel kitchen job, we're probably not the right place for you either.
